an official city, county, or state agency within 30 days of
receiving his or her score. Test results that do not clearly specify
Pass or Fail will be scored on a 70% passing mark.
Refunds will be credited to the Paypal account the

MailQuiz.com. If a member did not create a Paypal account (ex.
paying by check through postal mail), MailQuiz will create a Paypal
account for that person using the e-mail address they used when they
originally became a member of MailQuiz.com. MailQuiz.com reserves the right to omit,
change or edit this guarantee agreement at anytime without advance
notice to its members. Mailquiz.com also reserves the right
to accept or deny any of its members a refund based on our final
decision that proof of failure or a document which we feel has been
forged was submitted.
